Terms and Conditions
For “Golf Bookings” comprised of green fee, caddie fee and private transfer though any of Golf A La Cart, LTD websites, after receiving your booking request, we will check availability and confirm pick up time and tee-times and notify you by email or fax.
Payment for Golf Bookings -
- As a Special Offer to Guests of Marriott Hotels in Thailand you may charge your golf booking to your Hotel room account at most of the Marriott Hotels in Thailand with our approval by email or fax
- Online payment by credit card may be made by American Express ONLY
- Payment by bank transfer may be made after our confirmation of your booking and upon receipt of our email giving instructions for transfe
- A 50% deposit is required on some golf courses, therefore a deposit of 50% will have to be received by Golf A La Cart, LTD no later than 7 days prior to arrival by credit card or bank transfer as per above or booking will be cancelled
After completion of one of the above forms of payment, golf vouchers along with confirmation will be sent to the appropriate Marriott Hotel in Thailand for your use upon check-in at the Hotel along with detailed pick up and meeting instructions
In case of cancellation, Golf A La Cart, LTD will refund:
- 50% of your payment if at least 24 hours prior your tee-off time unless you have a guaranteed booking. Refund applies to Golf Courses ONLY and not Hotel Accommodations.
- Note there is no refund for cancellation if less than 24 hours prior to your tee off time or no show at certain select golf courses. Please see each golf course booking conditions for details
